Job Summary
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst will serve as the “Eyes on Glass” monitoring role responsible for observing, analyzing, and responding to network, system, and application alerts across the enterprise. This position supports 24 / 7 operations by identifying issues in real-time, coordinating responses, and initiating incident management communications in accordance with established procedures.
Candidates must be local to Fairfield, CA, with reliable transportation, and available to support varied shift schedules in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite / 2 remote).

ENOC Alpha : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.
ENOC Bravo : Monday–Friday, 1 : 00 p.m. – 9 : 30 p.m.
ENOC Delta : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 p.m. – 6 : 30 a.m.
ENOC Echo : Tuesday–Saturday, 10 : 00 p.m. – 6 : 30 a.m.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network devices, interfaces, and applications through intelligent systems and automation tools.
Create and track incident tickets, change requests, and service orders as directed.
Issue initial outage notifications and major event communications.
Identify, isolate, and correlate multiple customer issues to eliminate duplication of alerts.
Initiate major outage bridges and escalate incidents per established protocols.
Apply fix procedures and follow run books, playbooks, and work instructions to resolve common alerts.
Support implementation of business rules and workflow updates for monitoring systems.
Provide feedback to improve processes, documentation, and knowledgebase accuracy.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain consistent communication and quality assurance standards.
Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), telecommunications, or IT operations environment desired.
Previous experience with ticketing systems (e.g., SMC Remedy) and monitoring tools preferred.
Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application support systems.
