TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

The responsibilities and duties of the Project Engineer include, but are not limited to, the following :

Document Control & Coordination :

• Maintain and update contract document logs, ensuring accurate posting and distribution of documents.
• Track and manage RFIs, bulletins, ASIs, and sketch logs to ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Maintain accurate contract drawings and specification revisions to reflect current project conditions.
• Assist in issuing bid documents and drafting comprehensive scopes of work for bid packages and scope reviews.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Education Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (Required) : Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Related fields in construction or engineering disciplines.

Preferred Education :

Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on project management (a plus but not required).
