Part Time Position : Mon-Thurs 5PM to 9PM & Saturdays 9AM to 4PM (About 23 hours a week)

Job Description :

As an Outbound Telephone Surveyor, you will play a key role in conducting health surveys by reaching out to citizens over the phone. You will be responsible for contacting individuals, inviting them to participate in the survey, reading a scripted questionnaire verbatim, and accurately recording their responses into our computer system. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow protocols closely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Citizen Outreach :  Make outbound calls to citizens to invite them to participate in a health survey.
• Scripted Surveys :  Read the survey script verbatim to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection.
• Data Entry :  Accurately document survey responses in the computer system during each call.
• Training :  Attend and complete mandatory training with perfect attendance to ensure a thorough understanding of survey protocols and systems.
• Work Schedule :  Part-time position with mandatory Saturday shifts.
