job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and signing in visitors, contractors, and vendors as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing information and assistance as needed. Assist in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures. Help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
