Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

Role Overview :

Sodexo  is seeking an experienced  Custodial Manager  for  Hobart & William Smith Colleges  in  Geneva, NY . Our leader will work schedule   8 : 30AM-6 : 00PM Tuesday through Saturday, Budgeted salary : $61,000- $66,000 valid driver's license with clear background required. Reporting to the Custodial Operations Manager, our successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing custodial services in a large facility, walk around campus daily and inspect sanitation and remain pro-active in keeping our campus pristine.  Technical knowledge on floor care and custodial equipment and chemicals and e xperience managing a cohesive team with the flexibility to jump in and help hands-on as needed is required. This role  will be professionally responsible for successfully managing the Custodial Services, with key interaction and a support role for the execution of service quality

• Be responsible for support in driving the custodial program and staff Tuesday through Saturday
• Provide a clean and safe environment for students, visitors, and staff
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
