Your Role

As Billing Manager, you'll be a key member of our finance team, ensuring accurate billing and cost tracking across multiple projects. Your expertise will help drive smart financial decisions and support our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit AIA billing applications and other client billing formats.
  • Oversee job costing for labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead.
  • Reconcile budgets to actuals and deliver clear variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and resolve billing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Support month-end close, reporting, and audit processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of AIA billing and job costing.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (construction-specific systems a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
