Overview
A Day in the Life of a Project Manager : As a Project Manager, you play a key role in understanding, evaluating, developing, and executing scopes of work and the overall management of projects to ensure success, efficiency, and profitability throughout the life cycle of each project. You solicit and approve proposals from subcontractors, prepare project schedules, and ensure smooth operation with attention to detail. You tackle problems, support crews, and act as the gatekeeper of paperwork and documentation. Safety and quality are paramount, and you ensure work is performed up to industry and First Onsite standards.
