A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to book appointments with patients
Educate patients on the importance of in-home services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels
Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality service
Experience with Five9 and Zendesk
