Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing end-user device support, managing cloud-based technologies, and ensuring the reliability of IT systems. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in endpoint management, server administration, and troubleshooting complex IT challenges.

Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive support for all endpoint devices, including printers, mobile devices, and scanning equipment.

Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration and deployment.

Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.

Oversee server operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

Enhance and automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Conduct root cause analysis and incident management to resolve technical issues effectively.

Implement and manage cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, to support business operations.

Ensure endpoint protection and security compliance across all devices and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure improvements.

Utilize firewall and backup technologies to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Office 365 administration.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

Experience with server administration, including Windows Server and Linux systems.

Familiarity with endpoint protection tools and practices.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.

Understanding of Active Directory, backup technologies, and firewall systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.
