Responsibilities
Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic tests to assess heart conditions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all procedures.
Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding procedures.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the healthcare environment.
Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in echocardiography techniques.
Track and report on individual performance metrics and targets.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for accurate results.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
Assist in training new staff members on echocardiography procedures.
Experience / Qualifications
Proven experience in performing echocardiograms and diagnostic cardiovascular tests.
Strong record-keeping skills for maintaining detailed patient records.
Ability to collaborate with cardiologists on test result interpretation.
Commitment to staying updated with echocardiography advancements.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and procedure explanation.
Knowledge of healthcare safety and compliance regulations.
