New York Licensed Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Residential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting and reporting functions for a residential portfolio of 15-18 entities

Complete and review monthly and annual closes, preparing financial reports for stakeholders

Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial analysis and budgeting

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of professional experience in real estate or public accounting

CPA preferred, but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Familiarity with JDEdwards, RealPage, or Yardi is a bonus
