Overview

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Nocturnist-Hospitalist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Kings County. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, it accommodates more than 518,076 outpatient visits, more than 141,328 emergency room visits, and with 627 beds, more than 25,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend to consultations and referrals as needed
• Clinical Responsibility - supervising Internal Medicine residents on rotation on the General Medicine floors
• Administrative responsibilities related to Inpatient care
• Participation in hospital wide performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Schedule - Monday - Sunday (8 pm - 8 am)
• Call duties may be required and will be compensated above salary

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $193,418

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $268,279

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits. Actual total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections.
