Location :  4510 Bridgeway Ave, Columbus, OH 43219- FLEXIBLE WITH ONSITE REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST come onsite as needed
  • 3-4 days onsite / will be flexible for remote
  • Up to 25% travel, all paid for

Duration :  Perm

  • Bonus : Team Quarterly Bonus- Based on company EBITA (up to 5k annually)
  • Commissions : Paid out when project completed (6-12 months long projects, multiple projects at once)

    • Based on maintaining margins

    Open to Relo- Will Provide a relo package

    Must Haves :

  • 5+ Years of professional experience within engineering project management
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements
  • Change orders, final payments, payment terms, scope, deliverables, project end acceptance
  • strong experiences working with external stakeholders, clients and vendors
  • Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial industry background
  • Strong experience managing the financials of capital projects
  • EPC, EVM, Margins (Revenue vs. Cost), % of completion, Capital Projects
  • Experience handling multiple projects at once, project budget of 2-5MIL+

    • Day to Day :

    Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to work onsite in Columbus Ohio. The project manager will manage and deliver core projects for the client. They will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and with highest customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from sales handover to customer acceptance
  • Assess project risks and coordinate plan to mitigate
  • Identify critical path items and coordinate execution to schedule
  • Develop and communicate project schedule with key milestone dates to external and internal customers
  • Track and communicate variances in budget throughout project life cycle
  • Develop material and operational improvements with the customer to deliver superior quality systems
  • Coordinate schedule execution to milestone dates with internal BIS groups including engineering, control systems, purchasing and procurement, assembly, testing, quality, logistics and technical services
  • Forecast all project materials and services for expected date that Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and related Recognized Revenue based on key milestone completion dates
  • Act as key contact and face of client expertise in communications with customers
