Responsibilities :

  • Lead or contribute to architectural design for projects of varying scale and type
  • Develop concepts, plans, elevations, and construction documents using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout all phases of design
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability guidelines
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation

Qualifications

Requirements for Registered Architect Position :

  • Professional with a master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university
  • State Licensed Architect or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6-10 years in planning, programming, project management, and architectural design
  • Experience with building codes and specifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Experience in schematic through construction document phases
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of an audience
  • Well organized
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
