Permanent Position : MD / DO - Oncologist - Radiation

Location : Davenport, IA

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and treat various cancers using advanced radiation therapy techniques, including external beam radiation, brachytherapy, and stereotactic radiosurgery.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, tumor type, and specific therapeutic needs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and radiologists to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Manage side effects of radiation therapy and provide patient education on treatment procedures, risks, and recovery.

Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to further enhance patient care and outcomes.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

Board-certified / board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.

Valid medical license to practice in Iowa.
