Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and confirming coverages, presenting quotes, and selling products and services to better protect every customer
• Manage and nurture client relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and trust
• Communicate coverage options clearly and recommend personalized solutions based on individual needs
• Represent the Allstate value proposition in a way that is clear, compelling, and client-focused
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions and support shared goals
• Deliver a high level of care and service in every interaction - treating each client like family
