In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing behavior analysis programs for children with developmental disorders within a therapeutic setting. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral assessment and intervention, with a passion for delivering patient-centered care in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with a team of therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective interventions that align with our commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential. Conducting behavioral assessments and designing individualized intervention plans for children. Implementing and monitoring behavior-analytic interventions that effectively and significantly improve quality of life. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. Ensuring all practices adhere to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Providing training and support to caregivers and other staff on behavior management techniques and strategies. Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records. Proficiency in behavior assessment tools and interventions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
