The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Registered Dietitian to join their ever-growing team. Today, under new ownership, we are creating an inimitable, revitalizing Rehabilitation Environment to provide the short-term patient with a luxurious, five-star experience that meets and exceeds all expectations.

Job Description :

Initiate nutritional assessments within 24 hours and complete within 7 days

Observe meal service in main dining area at a minimum of four times a week, other congregate dining areas as needed.

Conduct meal rounds

Approve menus and substitutions

May assist in department when needed

Staff development functions

Residents' rights - understand and comply with and promote all rules.

To ensure medical nutritional therapy is assessed, implemented and monitored in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations

Qualifications / Requirements :

Must be able to read, write and understand English

On job training

Must have RD License
