Employer-Sponsored Clinic Opportunity in Southern Maryland ' 4 Day Week

We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Leonardville, MD . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights :

• Manage only 10-12 patients per day
• Flexible schedule : Either (4) 10-hour days or (5) 8-hour days
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• No call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $250,000 - $275,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• $15k sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health / dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
