Job Description

As the Senior Internal Auditor you will conduct comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations. Analyze SOX, financial, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of internal audit recommendations. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance audit processes. Assist in the development of the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and organizational priorities. Provide support in external audits and regulatory inspections, as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization's internal audit department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Internal Auditor should have : a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks from either a large manufacturer or a Big 4 environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication abilities to present findings and collaborate with teams. Familiarity with accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry. Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred but not mandatory.
