Customer Service Representative
Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs.
Process orders, route calls to appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy.
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week Full time job.
1 Interview only virtually via Microsoft Teams.
MUST HAVE :
We are looking for anyone who has CNA experience or any medical experience, any type of customer service experience are accepted like Crew, Team member, Cashier, Receptionist, Team lead, Crew lead and etc.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr.
