Grill Cook

We are looking to hire a prep cook who is willing to learn what we do here in our kitchen and is reliable and hard working. The Fireplace Inn is a family owned business who has been in Old Town for 56 yrs. Our employee's are family also and would love for you to join our team. As a grill or prep cook you will be working with our chef and team to prepare the food for our customers. We are looking for Part-time or Full-time, generally from 4 : 00-12 : 00.Pay is based on experience but we are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn. We are a small team looking to add a strong worker. Looking to add a Grill Cook to our team who is enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable.

• Prepare dishes that have been ordered by a server
• English & Spanish preferred
• Must be able to work in a team setting and be a team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work in an organized & clean environment
• Responsible for opening and closing your station the proper way by the supervisors direction
• Must be able & willing to clean the kitchen line along with the team
• Cleanliness is key
• Must be able to take direction and ask for help if necessary
• Must be open-minded to new ideas
• Perform other duties as assigned if the need arises
• Must have Food Handlers Certificate
