Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated Internal Medicine or Med / Peds physician to replace retiring physicians. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.

The Opportunity :

Independent multispecialty group with strong leadership, modern facilities, and dedicated clinical support.
Excellent work / life balance with moderate 1 : 3 call (no hospital call), a 4 1 / 2 day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.
Collaborative, collegial group allows for easy consultations and high-quality patient care.

Compensation Details :

Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.

Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation MGMA 75th percentile or higher.

Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, 100% paid health insurance, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail.
