Were seeking a driven Estimator with expertise in Industrial / Commercial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate estimates that drive consistent profitability. Job Responsibilities :

  • Attend meetings with sales team to quote mechanical, plumbing, and industrial projects.
  • Be able to read and understand drawings for projects that need to be quoted
  • Utilize proper tools and equipment for quoting and bid tracking
  • Generate tentative schedules to determine job durations based on specs.
  • Takeoff accurate quantities of ductwork, pipe, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, design professionals, sub-contractors, vendors, and co-workers.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installation
  • 6+ years Mechanical HVAC Estimating
  • Ability to read and comprehend project drawings
  • Ability to work on the computer, utilizing estimating programs, email, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Must be able to self-check own work to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and schedule requirements.
  • Adheres to all safety protocols, project rules, and company policies and procedures.
