Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
