AI Product Manager
CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year. Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding.
At CHG Healthcare, we connect providers with hospitals that need them most, simplifying the complexities of staffing by helping hospital systems quickly find qualified locum tenens providers. We're now taking that mission further by embedding AI into our recruiting systems. We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered recruiting tools that streamline staffing workflows. This role will define what trustworthy, effective AI looks like in healthcare staffing while working closely with engineering to move ideas from prototype to production. You'll shape how hospital systems and providers interact with AI, making staffing faster, more accurate, and more impactful. You'll be working on CHG's most strategic AI initiatives, with visibility across leadership and business lines and join a mission-driven company where innovation is tied directly to better healthcare outcomes.
