Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeFri08 : 45 AM - 05 : 15 PMSat09 : 45 AM - 02 : 15 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at financial institution locations by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while carrying out duties as an armed patrol officer.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of both the interior and perimeter of the premises to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any unusual conditions.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and to provide assistance as needed.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed in response to security-related incidents.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate relevant information to team members and site management.

  • Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
  • Possess an armed guard card or license.
  • Hold current CPR certification.
  • Have customer service-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
