Shift : 4X10 -hours

Schedule : Days(rotational)

Key Responsibilities :

• Circulate and scrub for surgical procedures in a variety of specialties including General, GU, GYN, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Thoracic, and Vascular
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and monitor for adherence to infection control standards
• Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs to ensure smooth surgical flow
• Provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care documentation in Epic
• Assess and respond to patient status during procedures, ensuring safety and quality of care
• Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff or travelers as needed
• Support emergency procedures and respond effectively to critical situations
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and ethical nursing standards
