• Flexible scheduling and potential to expand based on need\n\nAbout : We are seeking a compassionate and culturally grounded Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and medication counseling services for clients receiving mental health and behavioral health care. This role emphasizes a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to wellness, integrating traditional healing, community values, and evidence-based practice.\n\nWork Setting : Provider will work remotely providing telehealth visits. Potential to work onsite in the future.\n\nPosition Requirements : \n
• Active Montana State Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) license\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and indigenous perspectives on wellness\n
• Commitment to reducing stigma and promoting healing through culturally relevant, person-centered care\n
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills\n
• Ability to work effectively within a small, community-based interdisciplinary team\n
• Preferred - 1 year experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health services\n\nAdditional Details : \n
