Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to serve in an elementary school setting within Greenbrier, AR. This contract position spans the normal school year, working exclusively with students from Kindergarten through 5th grade.

In this role, you will carry a full caseload focused on speech-only students. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed files, completing necessary paperwork, and holding conferences with families and educational teams. Approximately 1015 evaluations will be required throughout the year, enabling you to play a critical role in identifying and addressing student speech and language needs.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing individualized speech therapy services to K-5 students
  • Managing and updating confidential student records and documentation
  • Conducting formal speech evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborating with families, teachers, and staff through meetings and conferences
  • Ensuring compliance with state and district regulations regarding speech therapy services

Preferred qualifications and experience :

  • Valid SLP licensure and CCC certification
  • Previous experience working in an elementary school setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently, with available mentorship and support
  • Proficiency in administering speech evaluations and completing related paperwork
