Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges
Act as a strategic partner on people-related topics and enhance overall team performance
Track and analyze key HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leaders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of experience
3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting high volume business units
Understanding of HR principles and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
