Overview
Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP is seeking an associate with more than 3 years of experience in one or more of the following legal areas : land use, economic development or general corporate law.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in general corporate matters, economic development work for industrial development agencies and authorities (IDAs), land use, including zoning changes, comprehensive plans, variances, and site plans, or litigation in these areas. In addition, the candidate should have substantial experience representing clients at administrative hearings before municipalities or IDAs.
The position calls for strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal and writing skills. The attorney will work in the firm's offices in White Plains or in Rockland County, New York. This is a partnership track position. The firm offers competitive benefits.

Benefits
Compensation will range between $130,000 - $155,000 per annum commensurate with experience, plus potential performance-based bonuses.
