Join Our Team as a Precise Measurement Specialist

At the core, you'll operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our components meet the highest standards.

Your Daily Journey

Dive into a typical day where you'll be operating advanced CMMs like the MicroVu and OGP Smartscope. You'll need to interpret engineering blueprints using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ensure inspection results are meticulously recorded. Programming skills in software such as InSpec and Zone3 are essential for creating and refining CMM programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain CMM machines for inspecting high-precision parts.
  • Ensure CMM programs are running smoothly, edit and debug as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues.
  • Keep up-to-date inspection documentation for quality audits.
  • Engage in the first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Support ongoing improvements in QA processes.

Qualifications Needed

  • Authoritative knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience with CMM equipment.
  • Technical training or an associate degree preferred.
  • Background in medical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with SPC and root cause analysis.
  • Valid identification and the ability to legally work in the United States.
