Quality System & Compliance Co-Op

This exciting onsite opportunity will place you at the heart of our efforts to uphold and enhance our quality standards. This role is perfect for proactive students eager to learn and make a meaningful impact. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation!

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January - August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

What You Will Do :

Conduct preparatory audits and follow up on open actions for special process & QMS audit preparation.
Participate in third-party audits as an observer or guide.
Support AS13100 implementation activities, including auditing and procedure development.

What You Will Learn :

Gain experience in ETQ and other RCCA activities.

Participate in QAT activities, including human factor (Sherlock) investigations, process walks, and floor sweeps.

Develop and revise quality system documentation to align with Collins and industry standards.

Qualifications You Must Have :

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
