Position Summary

ITT Micro-Mode is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in El Cajon, CA . This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment, including a CMS 2-axis lathe and a Cubic 3-axis lathe, to produce high-quality components for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC machine operation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure consistent part quality and production efficiency.

Equal Pay Act Range

Hourly Range is from $25.96 to $38.94, plus a benefit plan.
