Swoon is hiring for our Utilities Client in Coatesville, PA and this will be hybrid with being onsite 3x a week.

Hours :

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a front-line position supporting a wide range of internal customers—including nuclear power, science, pharmaceutical, aeronautics, and other specialized industries. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring orders, requests, and correspondence are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and emails (phone work is less than 10% of the day).
• Engage with internal customers across multiple departments to manage procurement requests, provide quotations, and support expedited services.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures while working under direct supervision.
• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
