Final Strike Games is looking for a collaborative, creative, and inspired Technical Animator to help bring a brand-new PC / Console Action Exploration IP to life, creating fluid, well-tuned, responsive gameplay moments. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to staying current with the latest techniques and strives for excellence and personal growth. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain character rigs, ensuring that they are flexible, user-friendly, and meet the artistic and technical requirements of the project
• Develop, implement, and optimize animation systems for character and creature movement, facial animation, and other dynamic animations
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to ensure seamless integration of animation assets into Unreal Engine
• Ensure animations meet technical and artistic standards, addressing issues related to performance, compatibility, and visual quality within Unreal Engine
• Act as a liaison to other teams and experts involved in animation systems, including animators, character artists, and game designers
• Assist in organizing and optimizing workflows to improve the pipeline and process within the animation department and studio
