Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who will support the production of International’s new T14 transmission at the Huntsville facility, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This role works closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure products meet design specifications. Relocation assistance is available.

Operating on a 4x10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM), the position may occasionally require support on Fridays or weekends during production recovery periods. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing methods, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting quality initiatives, and leading new product launches. The engineer will also estimate costs, standardize processes, and manage capital projects.

Must have requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of product manufacturing experience
