Note : This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Overview :

Assist in the maintenance of inventory for 900+ stores and commercial service centers. Responsible for several tasks including daily spot count audit, processing of DC & store inventory discrepancies, analyzing store shrinkage, assisting stores with timely receipt of transfers and purchase orders, preparing and processing physical and cycle counts, assisting A / P with resolving vendor invoices with no receiving, assisting with standard monthly journal entries and reconciliation notes, and providing weekly / monthly reporting and analysis of changes in inventory volumes and valuations.
