Registered Nurse - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary\n\nThe RN provides direct nursing care to children in a residential setting. This role is vital to Benedictines mission helping individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their greatest potential through compassionate, person-centered care. Comprehensive training and orientation in facility procedures and protocols will be provided prior to assuming independent responsibilities.\n\nSchedule\n\nShift : M-F 3 : 00pm – 11 : 00pm with some flexibility required to work alternate shifts and holidays as needed.\n\nPay : $27-$37 / hour\n\nSign-On Bonus : $2,500!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Deliver routine, preventative, and emergency care\n
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation\n
• Assess and respond to injuries / illnesses; escalate when needed\n
• Maintain medical records and develop care plans\n
• Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare providers\n
• Monitor chronic conditions and follow emergency protocols\n
• Delegate tasks and train CMT staff\n
• Provide paid on-call support on a rotating basis as needed\n\nAdditional Duties\n
• Manage nursing and hygiene supplies\n
• Provide training to staff as needed\n
• Stay current with certifications and participate in professional development\n\nQualifications\n
• Maryland RN license in good standing\n
• Graduate of accredited nursing program\n
• CPR and First Aid certified\n
• Experience with pediatrics or special needs preferred\n
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills\n
• Age 21+, valid driver's license, and clear background checks\n
• Employer-sponsored DDA training must be successfully completed within 6 months of hire.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n
• Lift / push up to 50 lbs.\n
