We are currently seeking a motivated Assembler I to join our team in Milford, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities of the Assembler I :
- Perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Support the department in meeting daily production schedules and quality goals.
- Assist in identifying and implementing corrective actions for issues with instruments, assemblies, processes, tooling, and materials.
- Work collaboratively with support functions to improve manufacturing processes.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining documentation for assembly processes and equipment.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
