  • Our hybrid work model allows employees to have a great work-life balance.  We are currently looking to fill a Senior Inside Sales Representative position at L2TMedia!  Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for setting new business demos for L2T sales team with the Dealer Marketing staff, Dealer Principal, and / or General Manager within the assigned customer base.
  • This role will utilize Salesforce to execute outbound communication with the objectives of earning new business.
  • The Senior Inside Sales Representative will leverage solid understanding of L2T’s suite of products and rate card to show value during appointment setting.
  • Responsibilities  Review L2T provided Salesforce cadences for outreach and provide feedback.

Expected Activity :

  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls / day (250 / week. 1,000 / month).
  • Schedule 15-30 scheduled demos monthly. 8-15 completed demos monthly. 4 new deals closed each month.
  • Make updates to contact information in Salesforce while dialing to ensure database is up to date.
  • Set appointments via calendar invites including teams virtual meeting information.
  • Remind dealers of appointments set 24 hours prior to appointment.  Join demo to ensure prospect contact joins & reach out to remind or encourage the contact to join meeting.  Proactively follow up with contacts that did not attend meetings to reschedule, leveraging advanced conversational skills to secure the appointment.
  • Use strong conversation and outreach skills to earn confidence of prospects to set appointments.
  • Consult with manager on best practices relating to prospect outreach & identify areas of opportunity within current strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of digital expertise and in market changes that affect our dealers.
  • Understand what other digital solutions are available and how L2T compares.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to internal and external needs.
  • Strategic Insight
  • Review L2T provided Salesforce cadences and provide advanced feedback to management on overall strategy.
  • Analyze market changes that affect dealers and provide insights to the team on how to adapt sales messaging.  Leadership Leverage industry experience and expertise to deliver on goals.
  • Inform and influence continuous improvement of both sales and internal programs and processes.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong bottom line orientation – persists through obstacles to deliver results.
  • Uses collaborative skills to develop strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
  • Brings a strong vision and purpose for how inside sales impacts business results.
  • Education Requirement  High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • Required Skills  Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and B2B appointment setting experience.  Strong written and verbal communication skills that will enhance customer experience and internal operations.  Ability to lead group discussions in person and remotely via web conferencing tools.
  • Solid understanding of Paid Search / Display / SEO / Social products and offerings that L2T Media provides.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines while prioritizing and completing tasks with a concern for all the details involved – respecting internal partners.
  • Advanced problem solving and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic work environment.  Adaptable to evolving responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, and organizational culture.
  • Salesforce.com (CRM platform) and Teams (video conferencing) system experience preferred.

  • The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.
