What You'll Do

• Complete and assist with consumer benefit applications (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, SSI / SSDI, Bridge Card), including reapplications if denied, and submit Social Security "level of care" forms for new admissions or program transfers.
• Ensure Medicaid spend-down requirements are met to maximize coverage and benefit eligibility.
• Establish, restore, verify, and increase consumer benefits whenever possible.
• Support the Hope Network Representative Payee program by managing consumer finances, processing payments, and preparing spending reports.
