Configuration and Data Management Support

Salary range : $44,276 - $62,000

As part of the Technical Program Office (TPO) Configuration and Data Management (CDM) team the incumbent will support Harpoon and SLAM ER configurations by assisting in the day-to-day CDM management activities.

Essential Job Functions :

Execute configuration and data management functions for the TPO's configuration and data items : receipt, control, compliance, tracking, distribution, and interfacing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Document repository with permissions access control, archiving, and searchable with metadata on Teams and SharePoint at various classification levels.

Document retrieval / searching support; Software development process / baseline support; Support & follow NAVAIR policies as they apply to supported programs.

Support creating Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) list for new contracts.

Support for document markings.

Overall status accounting (tracking of all submittals with their timelines for submission / review / acceptance; attend change control board).

Process data submittals and provide status; Process and track classified and unclassified data requests and ensure proper marking and obtain program permission to distribute technical data.

Plan, schedule, collect data, and assists in program analysis and metrics tracking.

Assist with reviews, analysis, evaluations, and recommendations affecting major technical programs to include, but is not limited to, support for Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Variance, Specification Change Notices and Notice of Revisions.

Assist with reviews and updates of instructions and procedures.

Participates in program reviews and audits to include System Verification Revies, Functional Configuration Audits, Physical Configuration Audits, Production Readiness Reviews.

Required Skills :

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have a high school diploma and 5 plus years of experience.

Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Must communicate effectively in person and in writing.

Occasional travel is required.
