Fabrication Sales Representative – Central California

Location : Fresno, Bakersfield, Modesto, Visalia, Stockton, and surrounding Central California markets

Are you a driven sales professional with fabrication or industrial equipment experience ? This is your chance to take over an established Central California territory with loyal customers and strong growth potential. You'll represent industry-leading fabrication equipment and partner with a senior sales mentor in your first year for maximum success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Fresno, Bakersfield, Modesto, Visalia, Stockton, and surrounding areas
  • Build strong relationships with fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial accounts
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and provide solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Develop new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sales experience
  • Strong technical expertise in fabrication machinery, welding, cutting, or related equipment
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
