Seasonal Pro Shop Counter Staff Fox Hopyard Golf Club (2025 Season)

Fox Hopyard Golf Club is seeking seasonal Pro Shop Counter Staff to join our team for the 2025 golf season . Our 18-hole Roger Rulewich-designed course is one of New Englands premier private golf clubs , offering pristine course conditions, top-tier practice facilities, full-service dining and banquet spaces, and a fully stocked Pro Shop .

Position Overview :

We are looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented golf environment . The ideal candidate :

Enjoys engaging with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Has a basic understanding of golf etiquette (preferred but not required)

Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Can adapt to varying schedules and weekend availability

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist members and guests for a seamless check-in experience
Manage tee time reservations and Pro Shop transactions
Provide merchandise assistance and club information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop

Qualifications :

Experience in hospitality, retail, or sports management is a plus, but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy setting

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
