Job Title : ServiceNow Integration Architect
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
rchitect, design, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, REST APIs, and legacy systems).
nalyze business requirements to design ServiceNow solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Write and review complex scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST / SOAP APIs.
Establish and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 5 years focused on integrations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and OAuth 2.0.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
