Structural Engineer / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Structural Engineer with a robust background in project management to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a strong customer-facing and sales engineering background, ready to take on challenging projects in various key locations.

Design a solid foundation with us :

$120k - $150k base salary plus bonus

Your blueprint to success :

Lead the design and construction of high-profile projects including high rises, luxury homes, aviation hangars, and data centers

Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring all engineering standards and regulations are met

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved

Utilize advanced project management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively

Demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations

Play a pivotal role in business development activities, leveraging technical expertise to support sales efforts and forge strong client relationships

Be the backbone of our structure :

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering ; a Master's degree is a plus

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

8-10 years experience in structural engineering and project management

Proven track record in designing and managing the construction of large-scale structural steel projects

Strong technical proficiency in engineering principles and design software, with a focus on structural steel.
