Disputes Specialist

What will you be doing?
- Investigate assigned customer deductions : Gather documentation from internal systems and validating with order and invoice data
- Escalate complex disputes : Alert senior team members with detailed notes and supporting evidence regarding unclear disputes
- Collaborate internally : Communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Inventory, and Customer Service to gather required information
- Log dispute reasons : Document action steps in the financial system of record or deduction workflow tool
- Support month-end close : Assist greater team by organizing aging data and open case summaries
