We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a  Sample Team Support Specialist . This role is central to maintaining the organization and workflow of our product team. As part of our sample management process, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and success of daily operations by handling, organizing, and moving product samples.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sample Handling and Organization :  Unpack and organize new product samples received daily to ensure they are ready and accessible for the team.
• Storage Management :  Relocate old product samples to a designated storage area across the street, maintaining a clear inventory and proper labeling for easy retrieval.
• Shipping Assistance :  Support the team by preparing and shipping out products as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Product Organization :  Maintain the sample area in an orderly and professional manner, helping to improve workflow and eliminate clutter.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving :  Act as a resourceful problem solver, addressing challenges with efficiency and a proactive attitude.
• Physical Requirements :  Regularly lift, carry, and move items as part of daily responsibilities, adhering to safety standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Familiarity with home health administrative processes is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software applications, such as Microsoft Office
